Our story
Before olives, Sunnyville was a sheep farm. In 1998 Gerald Quirk planted Corregiola and Manzanillo trees among the paddocks of our family farm in Arcadia. Watered from our own bore and still tended by his family, those trees give us this oil – grown here, and shared with you.
